Being back from maternity leave entails adapting to new things at work. One I was very happy to learn about is the reframing of the focus of our Gender Equality Group at the department: from now on, it will be the Equal Opportunities Group. In Sweden, this is the usual term to refer not only to work against discrimination on grounds of gender but also other grounds, such as sexual orientation, religion, ability, cultural background, etc.
